Laugh till your cheeks ache

- laugh for no reason, release those endorphins, de-stress, get a mental boost and feel fabulous

During this year laughing made us notorious in one of our client businesses! We won’t go into details, but Laughter Yoga was at the centre of things and it won’t be forgotten in a hurry!

During our recent outing at World Of Learning we heard from a lot of visitors who were emerging from a really tough and serious trading period, and were looking for learning solutions to inject some laughter back into the workplace.

In all seriousness, laughter is great for boosting creativity,  for raising energy levels and for making people think clearly. All of which contributes to an increase in productivity for your team and organisation.

You know you’ve had a good quality laugh when you’re exhausted and invigorated, both at the same time! What’s made you laugh till your cheeks ached at work this year?

If you can’t quite manage a full on belly laugh, tomorrow we’re thinking about smiling!
